I will be thinking more and more on how to make things easier instead of just going with the crowd of people. My creativity level now is a 8, my innovation level is an 8. and the barriers i overcame is just being more open minded and not be so closed minded.  Always be open to ideas that people have any never think that your answer is a bad answer.  Your answer might be the best solution to the problem but if you don't say something you will never be heard.  One innovation i came up with at home on how to make our storage unit more available for more storage.  just by moving things around and putting alot of things in storage boxes that had nothing in them and be able to stack boxes higher and not worry about them falling over on anybody. Now we have a walk way in our storage unit and be able to find stuff is so much easier. I will always be open to other people ideas then my own and thinking my ideas are not always the best. Listen to other people will be the hard part for me. I have always been the one to say yes and no to things but know I will listen to what other people have to say.

I have become more creative with the way i have been thinking while looking for a job and while doing school work. The team has been creative while thinking about a product we can produce and while working on our 13 essential products for our John Deere project.  being innovated has been hard for the team.  There has been no communication among the team for anything. I have addressed the barriers i had in journal one.  Some of them are hard and difficult to do, but that whats i have been working on to make myself better.
I have made myself work on innovating myself to look up certain things a different way then i normally did.  it took me some time to do that but it has made me a better person overall when looking up information.  I still catch myself going back to my old ways to look information up.  With what we are learning in class is helping me understand in the work force when i get back into it.  When i find a job and start working i will be able to be more effective and creative and more innovated while working.

Well I think my creativity level would be a 4. My innovative level would be 4 also. I have some creative ideas that sometimes work and other times they are just ideas to get people thinking about things.  I have had my share of innovative ideas when I was in the military but alot of people didn't want to listen to them just because people didn't want to be part of change in any way so i always keep things on the down side. I'm currently unemployed but the last job i had at Krueger International, they were looking at extending the paint line to run throughout the plant to have parts delivered right to the work cells and they can take parts off themselves.  Our sister plant in Green Bay has there paint line throughout the plant and it works great for them so i'm hoping it works the same way for us without any problems.
Some barriers that i will have to overcome will be Systematic Analysis, Task Achievement.  For the systematic Analysis i will just have to open up and see what the world around us has to offer and not be so closed mind about everything.  I can say i don't have a closed mind about what is going on in the world today.  I love to work in teams but there is time to work by your self.  i usually like to work alone just so i know the job is done right and gets done on time.  If i fail its on me and not on everyone else.
